Dear Valued Members,

Effective immediately, we would like to inform all members that requests for introduction letters to visit Reciprocal/Affiliated clubs on the same day will no longer be accepted. This decision has been made to ensure the smooth running of our daily operations and to prevent any potential issues that may arise between our members and the golf clubs being visited.

Henceforth, members are strongly advised to apply for an introduction letter at least one (1) day in advance of the intended visit date. This proactive approach will not only facilitate the necessary arrangements but also contribute to a positive experience for both our members and the hosting clubs.

We appreciate your cooperation and understanding in this matter, as it allows us to maintain a harmonious relationship with our reciprocal and affiliated clubs.
